TBL Custom Design (TBLCD) is a family-owned business proudly run by women and veterans. I'm Barb Lowery, the owner, and my husband Troy, a veteran and co-owner, are part of the team. We live in central Florida, just outside Tampa. We're also proud parents to two adult children and have a lively crew of grandchildren whose numbers change all the time!
